When a house is still open studs and subfloor, the plumbing decisions you make determine how the building performs for the next 50 years. Our rough-in crews work directly from your architect's or builder's plans to run supply, drain, waste and vent (DWV) lines that are sized correctly, sloped correctly, and strapped to code — before drywall ever goes up.
We install PEX home-run manifold systems (as shown in our own recent framing work) for consistent water pressure at every fixture, along with properly vented cast iron or ABS stacks for a quiet, long-lasting drain system. Every rough-in is photographed and documented before cover-up, and we coordinate directly with your general contractor and the local inspector to keep the build schedule moving.
